About Lana

My name is Lana Goldstein and as a painter of over twenty-five years, where every artwork reflects my deep care for the pet and the owner,

I am determined to create a piece that will proudly hang in your home, as a keepsake of the best friends you have.

I live in New Jersey with my kids and my two cats, one of whom loves to "help" during the artistic process. I paint in my studio at home and love to draw, as well as paint, anything from horses to forests to hockey skates.

Jolly Pet Portrait is named after our late Jolly, a female Bernese Mountain Dog who passed in 2017. She was the embodiment of her name and her memory is at the heart of every pet portrait I create today.

My earlier work features commissions of the breed extensively.
